Volume two of Inside Clean Energy, the new magazine for professionals of the UK’s clean energy supply chain, is available to download for free now.

The second edition of Inside Clean Energy seeks to uncover the opportunities for the green economy in a post-Brexit UK, particularly on the policy front as the sector adapts to a new government, new department, new ministers and – as it would seem – new opportunities.

We speak to the industry’s trade associations to determine which are the key policy areas for 2017 and beyond, and where the battle lines are being drawn for when parliament returns from conference season in October.

Other features in this issue include:

  • Driving change - how can electrical contractors break into the emerging EV charging sector?
  • A break in the chain – how have suppliers and distributors fared in the wake of subsidy overhauls?
  • Foresight Group’s head of UK solar Ricardo Piñeiro takes us behind the scenes at one of the UK’s largest solar asset holders
  • Chris Roberts, director at Poweri, has some words of caution for storage installers using the term ‘plug-and-play’

Volume two also previews the upcoming Solar Energy UK | Clean Energy Live exhibition, held between 4 – 6 October at Birmingham’s NEC. With a packed exhibition hall and more than 100 expert speakers lined up, this year’s show stands to build on last year’s which was our biggest ever.

Registration is still available, and still complete free. For more details on the exhibition and to register, click here.
